I'm Dan Gard, president of the Montgomery County Commissioners. First item on our agenda is our consent agenda. I'd entertain a motion to approve. Jake Bolander, move to approve.

Okay. We're proposing for the solid waste management budget for 2027 a total of 121,000. This, the amounts for supplies, printing and advertising and capital improvements are staying the same. For contractual services, the amount for recycling is the same as last year at 80,400. Then the contract amount for the tax away day for the first 350 cars increased from 2025 at 29,975 to this year at 31,500. The charge per cars has stayed the same at $30 a car over the $350. And the cost for the forklift and attorney fees have stayed the same as well. And I did provide you guys a copy at the very back of the whole budget as well for you.

update the outdated models that's for me as well there's a number of phones in the county right now that are outdated that they're wanting to update and so they're looking to update to the newest model which is the 17e it's only going to cost 99 cents per per phone and any of the phones that are turned back in we will get a credit on our account for whatever type of phone is and the amount that it's worth And so we're looking at the dates of June 23rd and 24th here, um, in the commissioner's, um, conference room to do that between eight and four. And I'm going to send out an email to whoever this is affected as soon as I get a finalized list from AT&T.
