What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, your account transitions to a Pro plan so you can continue tracking the topics and local boards you’ve set up. If your needs extend beyond Pro, our team can work with you to configure a custom Enterprise plan.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. You'll continue to have Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through our payment provider. Invoicing is available for Enterprise plans.
Can I expand beyond the 5 boards included in Pro?
Yes - if you need to monitor more locations or require additional functionality, we can expand your coverage through a custom Enterprise plan.
