The City Council approved the Huntington Beach City School District Maintenance and Operations Building conditional use permit after extensive discussion regarding environmental concerns and potential compromises. Additionally, the 2025 Urban Water Management Plan and the 2026 Annual Weed Abatement Program were approved.
