City Council - Regular Meeting

The City Council approved an amended development agreement for Project Zeppelin, an Amazon fulfillment center, and approved the rezoning and future land use map amendment for the Ocean Crest skilled nursing facility. The Council also approved the annexation of a 2.75-acre parcel for the Lar West Melbourne Town Homes project and discussed changes to plat approval processes due to new state law.
