Yeah, last meeting you're talking about the alleyways and stuff and not keeping up with them. My issue is on 30th Avenue, you go put asphalt over there. I'm sure when I was going in, it was gravel road. i'm sure when these people bought these houses by the alleys it was upkeep so why don't we still keep them up you know that's the part of the value of the house when you buy it is the alleys some of it and then now you want to not do make your town proud and keep the nice alleys I want your TIF on application one. What's the difference between one and two for hot and dry? Is there two separate TIF programs or no answer?

Yes, so this, again, is a motion by the council to accept the recommendation that comes from the project planning committee. So we actually had multiple applications this round, and the current one at 5364 at Dry is two different manufacturing buildings that will be going up. There is already a current structure there. These will be three separate businesses. And so the recommendation from the project planning committee for modern manufacturing for building two and building three at 5364 would be a term of 10 years, a rebate of 100%, and not to exceed 125,000. and the fees for bond council fees would be deducted from the initial rebate payments and refund those amounts. Again, this is just a motion for consideration, which would allow the legal to start moving forward, and if that is, we would likely have the first steps of planning possibly by the June 24th meeting, if we happen.

Okay, so the next one, the project planning committee received an application for an expansion again for click stop. And this will be a larger future planning. So this will impact the current urban renewal. So this would be for the Blue Creek industrial area and the establishment of another extension for click stop to the east, I believe. My directions are correct. And again, these details are in the resolution 2026-250, which is a resolution for intent, because there's multiple things in motion right now with purchasing of land. The Quick Stop had asked the city to meet to discuss, which you know that, because he came and met with some of the members. and discuss the expansion and the future development of blue creek industrial area and again that would be for resolution 2026 250. any questions for city administrator do i have a motion make motion a second hubert yes
