City Council - Special Meeting

Okay. The February, excuse me, 02/19/2026 special meeting of the Sanger City Council is called to order at six or 05:26PM. Under Brown Act, government code section five four nine five three c two, the legislative body of a local agency shall publicly report any action taken and the vote or abstention on that action of each member present for the action. Item b, roll call.

Thank you, mister mayor. There are two items for closed session this evening. First is pursuant to government code section fifty four ninety five seven point six conflict labor negotiators. The agency designated representatives are Shalene Bennett, lead negotiator, manager champion, HR manager, employee organizations are Singer Middle Management Organization, unrepresented slash confidential employees and executive employees. Item two is conflict with legal counsel pending litigation pursuant to government code section five four five six point nine d one.
