Plan & Zoning - Regular Meeting

The Orange Plan and Zoning Commission approved the minutes from the December 2, 2025 meeting with amendments, elected officers for the next two years, and approved a special exception permit for a fitness center at 250 Indian River Road. The commission also received a report on the Boston Post Road widening project and discussed the implications of House Bill 8002 on local zoning and affordable housing.
