Approve and authorize Amendment No. 3 for Agreement 220222B (FC) 26-1095 with Sonoma RSA+, Inc., changing the maximum compensation to $50,000 per fiscal year and extending the term to June 30, 2031, for surveying and civil design services associated with the Napa River/Napa Creek Flood Protection Project and other District projects and programs.
