Item B. Item B is ZA 2025-2 and this is a amendment to table A use table. Uh HA1515 requires that we allow schools in all use classifications. So this this amendment is to and you see in your use table that I gave to you that schools are allowed in all classifications. It was uh notice was sent out on was sent out I'm sorry. It was on in the media on October 31st for the table a use table and staff does recommend approval.

Well, the schools uh complained to the state legislature. Apparently, a school wanted to build a school and they were told they had to reszone and my guess is the reason was denied. So, they went to the state legisle and state legislature which has the belief that you know whatever the law giveth the law can take it away. So although they say local control they just passed a law which said uh despite the fact that local governments can adopt their own use tables schools now have to be provided in every district. So I would tell you you don't have much choice. But that's the story. We have to do the tech. No one's here. No one's here. So we're close. All in favor say I.
