We're going to call today's meeting to order. We'll start with the pledge of allegiance. United States of America. Like to entertain a motion for the approval of the minutes for our May 20, 2025 meeting. I move approval. Motion and second. All in favor say I. Oh, and Mark wanted me reminding today, so everyone use your mics when you speak, please. Agenda modifications, Mark. None. New business. Item A, SD 2025, the conceptual plat for Fugit 4401. Mark It's
142 that says I just pencled in down the location of the proposed part to use existing that comes back and using that entrance back to back here. So I want to open that up to you any discussion you might have. They will be asking for waivers as you may see during the preliminary. It is a zoned agricultural in order for them to progress through our system. The parcel would have to be industrial. So that's why they're coming to us with this small lotion of this in order to have a res. So proximity of the wells there. I assume Lyndon is okay with that. No issues with that. Sure.
because I I assume just looking at setbacks and those kind of things they have to have an agreement. To my knowledge, there's no wellhead protection around these. I would have that data. I do not have that. Is there any certain That's probably what a BZA decision waivers. Yeah. Dan, go ahead. Susan, I have a couple questions just so I I want to ask you to confirm my understanding, but so as I understood the drawings, then the plan appears to be that you would access this uh along the southern part of the new parcel or through an easement north of the well, the town's well. Is that is that what I'm seeing? Yeah, one of the two. So there would So what the proposal is is there would be an access road either to the south, an extension uh that would need to be constructed of the private drive or that
hashed line north of that on that drawing is an easement. um on the south side of that property there's already a lane though but I think the letter indicates that it would need to be improved 396 ft but looking at their letters access. And then it says approximately 296 feet of new east west access road will be required to be constructed to connect this parcel to the existing north south road. So yeah as I see the hash at the bottom would be that 296 foot extension to the east. Right. Right. So, normally the commission, if the commission were going to grant a waiver from the subdivision control ordinance, they would likely talk to you at the next phase at um about have you reached a written agreement with the town of Lynen for the use of the road, whether it be easement or some use agreement, and they would want to have some assurance that that documentation has been done. Yeah, I'm sure you will. Any
other questions, comments? Do I need to open this up for a hearing? Okay. Thank you. Thanks, Susan. Okay, moving on to other business. Signage of Cunningham Saudi final plot preliminary and final plot were approved at May. We need to sign that before we leave. Okay. This is the only thing I have. Okay. Anything from the rest of the board? None. I'd like to make a motion to adjourn. All right. Next meeting scheduled Tuesday, July 8th. Thanks everybody.
