And if you were here to speak against the staff recommendation, raise your hand when I call on that item. So the staff are recommending all items for consent. If you came to speak in support or if you have a neutral comment, you'll have a chance in just a little bit. But for now, we're just looking for people who are speaking against the staff recommendation. So first up, item number four, 2015 and 2019 Jackson Street Northwest. Is anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation for item number four? All right, we'll keep that on consent. Number five is 3711 Penn Avenue North. Yes, one staff update. We did receive an appeal on the quasi-judicial applications for the Democracy Center at 3000 Minnehaha. So that will be going to the Biz Committee of the City Council on July 21st, along with the legislative applications for the right-of-way vacation and the rezoning.

Okay. And then can you also update on the litigation emails that we received? Do you know about that?

I can't because I don't know which ones you got, and we can discuss later.
