We have a quorum. First, we'll go to the minutes for May 18th, 2026. Is there a motion to adopt those minutes?

32:39Speaker 2

I move to adopt the minutes of May 18th, 2026. Is there a second?

32:43Speaker 5

Second. All right. Any discussion? All in favor say aye.

32:47 – 34:22Speaker 5

Opposed? Abstentions? The minutes are adopted. Next, we will organize our agenda. And we have two items that don't have any public hearing. So item four and five won't have any hearing. And then for the next four items, I'm going to read through each of them and ask if anyone was here to speak against the staff recommendation on them. If you were here to speak in support or to make neutral comments, you'll have an opportunity to do that later when we have the consent agenda hearing. But for now, we're just looking for people who are against the staff recommendation. The staff are recommending all items to be on consent. So first for item number six, 523 2nd Avenue South. Was anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation for item number six? All right, so we'll keep that on consent. Number seven, 1942nd Avenue North. Was anyone here to speak against the staff recommendation? All right, keep that on consent. Item number eight, adjacent to the block connecting Bryant Avenue South to Aldrich Avenue South. Anyone here to speak against item number eight? All right, we'll keep that on consent. And then item number nine, we are going to be continuing to the next cycle, which will be June 22nd. So to review, items four and five have no hearing. Items six, seven, and eight will be on our consent. And item nine will be continued. Is there a motion to adopt that agenda?

34:22 – 34:49Speaker 5

All in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? That is adopted. All right, so first we'll move to the continuance items for number nine. We're going to be hearing that at the next meeting, but if you came here today and wanted to speak to it, you can. Did anyone want to speak to item number nine? All right, not seeing any, so we'll keep the hearing open. Is there a motion to continue that to June 22nd? So moved. Is there a second?

34:50 – 35:17Speaker 5

All in favor, say aye. Aye. Against? That is adopted. All right. Next, we will go to our two non-hearing items, items number four and five. Commissioners, is there any discussion or questions about these two items? All right. Is there a motion to find items four and five consistent with the 2040 plan? Is there a second?

35:18 – 35:49Speaker 5

All right. Any discussion? All in favor, say aye. Aye. Against? Say nay. All right. Those are adopted. And last, we will go to our consent hearing. So now there's a chance if you wanted to speak in support of something or make any neutral comments. Did anyone from the public want to speak to any of items six, seven, or eight? All right. Not seeing any. Would anyone like to move staff recommendations for all the right consent items?

35:50Speaker 5

Is there a second?

35:52 – 36:20Speaker 5

All right. Any discussion? All in favor say aye. Aye. Opposed? Abstentions? That is adopted. And that concludes our business for the day. Our next full planning commission meeting will be June 22nd. We have no committee of the whole. this week because we don't have any agenda items. So the next one will be June 25th. Are there any updates from staff or commissioners? All right. Thank you, everyone. We are adjourned.
