Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved two conditional use permits and site plans: one for a wildfire mitigation base of operations at Sugarloaf Mountain Ranch, and another for the Rose Hut and Peggy's Bunkhouse Group Camp. The latter was approved with conditions, including a reduced occupancy limit of 12 people and a requirement for a best practices information sheet for renters.
