All right. All right. We are opening the June 22nd, 2026 meeting of the Lake County planning and. So, in commission, I will do a roll call planning commission members. Heather land. is absent. Joey Edwards here. Jason Marufo absent. David Urich absent. And Ryan Hill absent currently. Lake County Commissioners Elsa Tharp absent. Andrew Lee absent. Matt Bullock absent.

Okay. And we are going to take a recess until 4.30 when we should have a quorum to take action on our agenda item, which is the One Community Project.

So tonight, we would like you to just address the file that's on the agenda, and we are requesting a continuation of this file until we have a quorum of the Board of County Commissioners, and more members of the Planning Commission present if that would please the Planning Commission.

All right, as stated, we are requesting to continue the public hearing for file number 26-25, the One Community Project Joint Comprehensive Plan to be continued to June 29th, 2026 at 4 p.m. so that we can have a quorum of both Planning Commission members and County Commissioners. Can I get a second?

It does. Thank you all so much. Thank you for jumping on and taking care of this order of business that we had this evening. So this is great. And I also just want to give a quick shout out. I don't know Joey, if you're aware, Jason, but Ryan has, I think it's hard for him to leave us, but he has some other work commitments that have come up that would make it really hard for him to continue serving on the planning commission. So Ryan, I just haven't had an opportunity to thank you so much for volunteering on this, on the planning commission and really leaning in and participating on some really difficult files and really assisting on some other projects through the one community project and just really, really appreciate all of the time and deep consideration that you gave while you served on the planning commission. So I just wanted to extend my thank you to you and that where you're going to be missed, but we hope that you will still work with the planning department. There's a lot to be done in that action plan. So we're hoping that we can still maybe you could squeeze in a little bit of time with us here and there.

Yeah. And Melissa, it's been wonderful working with you guys as well as you, Joey and Jason. Really enjoyed this conversation. Yeah, it's just been crazy work picking up. And I didn't foresee this, but it's a good thing. I will really miss this. And yeah, as things come up, please feel free to ping me, tap me on the shoulder. So I just enjoyed this so, so much, just working with everyone. That sounds great.
