IF YOU LOOK AT 2025, The property tax per capita for Cottage Grove was $576, which is lower than both nearby cities and statewide amounts. If you look down a little bit, three rows up from the bottom, you'll see some very high intergovernmental revenues per capita. That really is a result of some of the capital activity that you have going on in the city, so likely not comparable to other cities. And then next, I have expenditures per capita. If you look down 2025 for the city, again, you'll see that the highest category is public safety. Public safety is both important and expensive, and that is apparent from this presentation. And then again, if you go down to the second total down there, the capital outlay and the construction, you'll see some significant construction activity per capita, and that's related to those infrastructure projects the city has going on.
