City Council - Regular Meeting

The Burlington City Council met to discuss several key issues, including the approval of the Cherry Street shared use path scoping study, the purchase of vehicle-installed equipment for parking enforcement, and a resolution to reinstate the Burlington Aging Council. The council also held a public hearing on the 2026 action plan for housing and community development and approved the CCORD Phase One development agreement. A fourth amendment to the CityPlace development agreement was also approved, and an ordinance on consumer protection was introduced for a first reading.
