City Council - Regular Meeting

The City Council held a necessity hearing for the Colchester Avenue, Riverside Avenue, Barrett Street, and Mill Street Intersection Project. The Council voted to approve the necessity of the project for all three parcels at issue, allowing the project to move forward. A compensation hearing for the project was continued to June 1, 2026, to allow for further clarification on the status of one of the properties.
