Good afternoon and welcome to a special meeting of the Burbank City Council on Thursday, April 16th, 2026. Mr. City Attorney, will you please state the item on the agenda for close session? Yes, Madame Mayor, vice mayor, members of the city council, and for the benefit of the public, the city council is meeting at 3:30 p.m. this afternoon in close session to discuss one item of anticipated litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9D4 with the city as a potential plaintiff in one case. Okay. Thank you, Madam City Clerk. Do we have any in-person public comment or any callers? We do not.
