So that is through our private well grant. We're able to reimburse people money, but then we get that money back from the state, and we also get an administrative fee. So if we pay $700, we get $800.

Yeah, I was just curious. It's about building that power plant, right?

Yeah. I can summarize it without word for word. So it's essentially like there's certain ways to get into the process. And we didn't have a lot of options, of course, like in the application, they said a lot of their waste will be gas emissions. Well, gas emissions go everywhere, and it's going to trespass into Bend County. And according to our health department and stuff, that falls within our department. And in their application, they were going to keep up with Linn County and stuff and not with us. And I thought that was a wrong. And the board talked last week about the emissions from ultimately trespass onto our land which would affect our people and it would fall within Andrea's department as far as that goes and then too like the infrastructure of like I just did briefly like costs and all that kind of stuff to Andrea's department if there's emissions on the secondary roads because of that road. Generally, that's how I would say sum it up and say that we have a need that no one else could represent other than county.
