I know that we have the Asheri, Kotlin and Darksheet. From my point of view, there is nothing special to say about this. We had a link with KSMQ so that bonding could be done so that it could be used for all the stations in Umarap, Ashton, Madurai and Shetia. After the explosion, we had to face the police at the station. And to operate there, a plan was taken to destroy the PPP. And that's why we had to use bomb and shell weapons to destroy the PPP. I am working for Twin Cities PBS in the field of General Council and Government Relations. And as mentioned, the chief engineers of KSMQ, Kathleen Harrington and Robert Hartman, are here with me today. As mentioned, in 2025, all the Sarvajanik Prasad stations across the country lost all their energy which had been aborted earlier. And this has particularly affected the ground stations. KSMQ has five BBS stations in the state. KSMQ was one of the most influential stations, which lost about 40% of its operating budget. Twin Cities PBS also lost some of its money. And in the last few summers, it was forced to fire about 20% of its employees. Despite this, we wanted to become independent in this area. And we wanted to ensure that the station that has a PRASARAN license and has been working for this community for the last 50 years, should not be closed from PRASARAN, should not be out of PRASARAN. And that is why KSMQ and the leadership of Twin Cities PBS has been in contact for many years. In April, the decision was made to join together and in the end, to obtain the property of KSMQ, we entered into a partnership agreement and an arrangement and programming agreement, where we have been working together for the last few months to support the station. In April, we also applied for the permission to trade in RCC, because it was necessary to obtain the Prasaran License. We were told that it can take up to a year to get the approval. That's why there are so many stations across the country that are talking about it. We were the first station to go in front of the FCC for this type of delivery. They worked fast and we are learning a lot and we are cooperating with KSMQ to complete this delivery. And we are very happy to say that our organization will be joined on 1 September. For those people who might have seen this in the news, we have announced that we are starting with a new name and from 1st September we will become Minnesota PBS so that we can represent the community we serve.

So, although those who watch PBS will see some new names, but the material that people like will remain the same.

All five of our stations will be distributed on KSMQ Darshak Shetra on 1-15 stations on 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1- We have what we call the five systems of compromise. And that is that we will continue to tell local stories, the stories of the communities here. We will ensure that we maintain our local presence in this community. Our local representation will be in the Minnesota PBS leadership group. We are welcoming many workers of KSMQ to our new organization on September 1. And we are promoting KSMQ quality. Finally, in connection with our local presence in the community, this petition in the name of Patte is based on the consent of the community, which Craig has mentioned. Everything remains the same, only that from 1st September, in the form of Minnesota PBS, you will have a petitioner. I would like to say that as a member of the community, I am a little disappointed that the first public discussion on this is taking place today and the legal deal will be made on 1st September. I know that it is not necessary for you to make a decision, and it seems that the FCC's approval came very soon. But I am very disappointed that with one of the representatives of our assembly, on whom we trusted, the KSMQ board did not make any kind of public comment. It is possible that they may have thought on many issues, but we do not know whether they did this or not, because as far as I know, there was no public comment until the agenda came last week. That's why this is disappointing for me. My understanding is that from 1st September, TPT Minnesota's 80 cent Parsi will control BS Television. Is this right? We will reach approximately 87% of KTCI, KTCI and KSNK. And now I don't need to tell you the exact details, but what would be the agreement? In reality, it describes the local presence, local board members and the meaning of the local material.

We have definitely mentioned about the two members of the board.

And then we have other advisory boards and other boards which are part of Vyapak Twin Cities BBS. If people are interested, then we will definitely invite people for those other opportunities. We want to keep the local presence in mind. Local presence means definitely presence in the headquarter. Keep the headquarter running as a press station with the employees and increase your presence here and here. It is our responsibility to join in various works so that we can come here at least once a year with our CEO and organize the program and give an update on how we are presenting under that agreement. so that the community gets a chance to listen to us, and we get a chance to listen to the community, and we get a chance to listen to the community, although we hope that this will not be the case once this year. And then, once the proposed land material is provided, will the land material be produced? We will do it. I mean, yes. I mean, we are clearly going into a stormy year, so we have to go in front of the legislation. We are hoping that we will continue to get strong support. We got it in the last stormy period. I mean, I think that many people actually support PBS PBS and like to get that material. That's why we are very hopeful and hope that such funding stations will continue to support programming, which is not only from our headquarter, but also here. And then this was my last question.

All donations from KSMQ will now be donated to Minnesota PBS.

We have talked to the administration department. I think what is important for us is that the funding for KSMQ continues to be done by KSMQ. Management, KSMQ programming, KSMQ upgrade. So even though they are coming under Minnesota PBS, it is a bit difficult to say Minnesota PBS.

That funding will continue to support KSMQ. So this is an instruction for KSMQ.

In a way, within one department. Yes. Thank you. Absolutely. And I apologize that there was no communication before. We understood that the city council was providing that update to one member. That is why I regret that they could not reach you, that they could not reach you. We have tried to ensure that people remain awake. But it is moving very fast. And FCC is the consent of FCC. And that's why I think this is a good option for where we are. There is one question on the part of the police. Do we see a situation where this will become a permanent building or will we get out of it? Is there anything that gives protection and maybe there is a question for Craig? You know, specifically, as we think about it, we do not want such a permanent building in the downtown area on which we do not have control.

So, as I had indicated earlier, to work with the reconstruction and KSMQ of that building, to relocate it and to get a remuneration from the state, this need was associated with this plan that for the useful life of that building, If that building is not used for that purpose, then Minnesota will demand that the building be auctioned in a public auction and that it be taken from the auction to the original donor. One of the things that is happening here is that as soon as KSMQ becomes financially impoverished, we have to find a person who can operate a regional television station from that building so that the use of the building can be used for its desired purpose for a long time. I think it is possible to predict the future of these things. If you had asked everyone 5-10 years ago that why they think that Sarjani Prasad will have to lose all his money and that's why many stations will have to face such problems, then maybe they would have said no. They are always giving the same opinion and it will always remain the same.

But now,

The plan is to relocate the building in such a way that the board of KSMQ considers it the best option to protect the future of the building from the Austin building, which then uses the building for its ulterior motive, which means that it is not permanent and its use is done for its purpose. However, if it fails, then this is the only option. If there is no station there, then the state will say that it should be auctioned at a local auction.

I also have a small story. When we inaugurated that building eight years ago, did I hear this? Someone was passing by who was involved in cutting the ribbon. He asked, when will we have a public television station? I said, oh, 50 years ago. This was never shown because it was hidden behind a business school. So it's a great place, a great building. And in the end, we got to know that the construction of the Yojnabad Nature Play Playground for the Nature Center will actually start in this winter season. I am very excited about this. And to move forward with the design, there is a project which is located on the banks of the Seder river outside the city hall. To take that project towards 60% design, we have a proposal from R.E.P. is Recreation Engineering and Planning. We are working on this project. The cost of 60% design is $150,000. The team is looking for funding sources for this project to cover this $150,000. They have done it with Hormel Foods. For the Hormel Foundation, today, as a part of the donations that have been collected, a donation application has been made, for which an application has been made. And they have also proposed a plan in front of the Mouh County. And they have the approval of 75,000 rupees from Hormel Foods. They have a donation for the Hormel Foundation for 45,000 rupees. And they also have a proposal for 15,000 rupees in Moura County. So, the remaining $15,000 that we are seeing from Ratnagar Parishad today, so that for Nagar Parishad, Rs. 150,000 of the 7% design can be fully allocated. For this, Parishad can think of some different ways on funding. This can come from the Aakasmik funding of 2026. If you want, we can include this in the budget process on which we are working now. And in the tax levy of 2027, there is a budget of $15,000. Or you can choose any other option. So tonight, we would like to give you two options. He decided to give us the biggest donation from the company, which is half the cost of this next phase, i.e. $75,000. I also met Jay Fettinger. He is our current last CEO, but he is in the foundation board and we had lunch together. He asked for lunch and we sat together. He was very inexperienced, but he had a lot of questions. And he supported the project and for funding, through the Hormel Foundation, he encouraged it to move forward, as the city is doing, as the city is doing. I got a chance to meet Amar and Dev. So, when Dev came to the board, he asked for a seat and we got a chance to sit together. Everyone had a lot of good questions, and I am noticing something in all the seats. People are not asking us now, is this going to happen? They are asking us about the next phase, that is, the construction phase. That is why I have seen the seriousness in the people I have spoken to. I have seen the attitude of the politicians that when we are actually making it, then how will the next phase look? So we are in the last phase of blueprinted design. And this next phase will allow us to get a total of 60% of the design and to continue the work in a cooperative way with DNR. Stevens is doing that work very well and is also helping to reach permitting. Where we can actually request permit from DNR and Rajya and after that construction and other work will be done. So in reality, this project is about the protection of mill point, to create riverfront and to strengthen the downtown of Austin. I can tell you that I got a chance to present it in the chamber and the business leaders present there, when we showed its value, they said, why are you not making it? They don't understand that there are a lot of permissible things in it, but it is one of those projects that people are really excited about and there is no particular objection about it that I don't like this idea, that I don't like this idea. You see things like Silver Lake Dam in Rochester. This is a little controversial. No one cares about this band. They want something new and exciting in Austin. We already have an outfitter who wants to go downtown and expand herself. That's why we are completing this work. And I just want to take some time and thank Parishad for his response. You know, I just want to say that this is a group of people of the same level. Many responses have been made specifically by Councilman Baskin and Councilman Postman. Samudaya Outdoor Manoranjan supports our parks and all the facilities that people really like here. And it takes it to the level that we have never seen before in Samudaya. And that's why we are very excited about this project. There are a lot of questions, but our team has answered the questions about the effects of fish on lakes and water in a very wonderful way. When we called the experts of the industry, they saw the opportunity of this whitewater project and created a park in the center of the city. We have mentioned the opportunities of economic development here, which are directly related to the city's development plan. It touches economic development, tourism and other things because its potential is very impressive. But this scheme supports the Whitewater project. It is part of the development scheme. The support of the community is present there. And I think that for this project, our advisors who gave suggestions, some of them, some of the Whitewater projects, by moving forward, So, if you have any questions, please let me know.

So let's talk about the current situation. We started this project in 2023 and worked on the initial design. Now we are moving forward. In the next few years, we are looking at 60% design, permission and final design. And we hope to build in the end of 2028 or 2029. So tonight, in front of you, we are again asking for $15,000 from the city to support this project and take it to 60% design. Where will it take us in the future? Our estimate is that in the future, there will be a permission and final design phase of about $800,000. The estimate of construction is a little less than 11 million and then we will have construction inspection and material inspection. So now we are looking at the total project budget of 12.3 million. And again, we are at the initial stages of design at this time.

This was a collaboration with DNR, through which we were able to change the fishing pier on Eastside Lake. This was an excellent project. Apart from this, we are about to complete a new pavilion in Todd Park, which is near the playground of I.K. Isaac Walton's cabin. If you pass through there, you will definitely see it. You can't miss it. This is going to be a very beautiful pavilion. A great extra facility for our park. So next, I want to discuss some goals. And I will say this again in a little while. So for 2027, one of our goals is to improve a Todd Park five-plex, which is Todd North, and Todd Park four-plex, which is South Todd. We have a long list of requests for the Hormel Foundation for that project. We also have to establish an additional basketball court in Rotary Centennial Park. Currently, there are two courts there that are very useful. Tournaments are held there for many weeks of the year. So this is another request from the Hormel Foundation. And apart from that, a new splash pad has to be established at Bandshell Community Park or some other place. And this is also a matching request of the Hormel Foundation. The second goal is to build a pickleball court in Todd Park. I want to say that all these goals are part of our parks, entertainment and trails master plan, which I think the council adopted at the end of 2024. So, we don't just work on our five-year long project, We talk to the residents and use our park master plan for that information. So, on the other side of the goal, we have to put more park benches and tables on many playgrounds. Along with the city council, Hormel Foundation has supported us a lot in updating and upgrading some of our playgrounds in the last few years. We are very grateful for this. We have some work left to do and that is to put some more park benches around the curtains, We are also thinking of installing heavy lighting on the new outdoor ice rink in Packer Arena. Boston Utilities is working with us on this work. They will donate light poles for us and will install and install. Hey Jason, just a few thoughts for you. Firstly, I feel that you have worked hard on the trees. I know that we get a lot of tips and positive feedback about this. And I know that this was a lot of work, a lot of extra work. And you were giving us the answer to such a challenge, which we had not actually created. But I know that after seeing the pain of falling trees, many trees have to be planted again. I am very grateful and I feel that you and your team have done a very good job with this. In the new achievements of 2026, we have completed the process of updating and rebuilding the jobs of our employees to increase their working capacity.
