Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Westlake Planning Commission approved several conditional use permits for a senior assisted living facility, a preschool, a training school, and a fitness center. The commission also discussed and approved a conceptual plan for a flex condominium development and a temporary cell tower installation. Two rezoning requests were considered, with one being tabled and the other approved.
