Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission recommended approval for the Dover Village Townhomes fee simple plat, Carhartt sign plan, Abercrombie & Fitch sign plan and storefront, and Hollister sign plan and storefront. The Sheiban Park revised preliminary development plan and design guidelines were also recommended for approval with conditions, while the master sign criteria was tabled. A conditional use permit for a bank at Twin Towers was recommended for approval, and the La Centre development plan addition was tabled for more information.
