The City Council approved a resolution to establish a reinvestment housing incentive district for the Crest View Heights addition and tabled a resolution of intent to enter into an energy sales agreement for a data center. They also rejected bids for the Hibs Hootinfield audio system project and set a public hearing for a property at 816 East 4th Street.
