Architectural Review Board - Regular Meeting

The Planning, Zoning and Adjustment Board approved the Wellington Village mixed-use development, including a private school, retail, restaurants, a hotel, and residential units. The Board also approved the Artistry Lakes residential PUD, which will bring 579 single-family homes to the area. A discussion on a zoning text amendment for equestrian developments was postponed.
