The Plan Commission and Village Board approved site plans for Aerionics Build and American Architectural Group, and granted an extension for Tall Pines Conservancy’s land preservation project. The Village Board also declared a state of emergency for Tanstale Road to address a failing culvert and approved a budget amendment for its repair.
