They also approved a rezoning petition and final site plan for a 10-unit residential building for families experiencing homelessness, and a final site plan for a Salvation Army addition. Additionally, the Commission approved a final site plan and certified survey map for an 84,000 sq. ft. manufacturing addition for INNIO, and recommended waiving impact fees for Habitat for Humanity homes. The Commission also provided feedback on a consultation for a proposed 110,000 sq. ft. addition for The Gund Company and reviewed updates to the zoning code.
