Planning Commission & Land Use Authority - Regular Meeting

4th, 2026. We'll start the night with a prayer from Commissioner Mitchell and the pledge from Commissioner Yur. Dear heavenly father, we're grateful to be here this night. We're thankful for the many blessings. We're grateful for the opportunity to come together and to discuss these items. Um we're grateful for our city. We pray thou continue to bless all those who serve and who um our residents. Help us all to do our part to you to make it a great place to live. We're grateful for all that was given us and this we pray and do so in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. To the flag of the United States of America for it stands nation indivisible and justice for all. Uh before we go to item one, approval of the agenda, Elden, is this something we need to change now or?

Okay. All right. Uh we'll look for a motion for approval of tonight's agenda for February 4th, 2026. Commissioner Davis moves that we approve tonight's agenda. This is Commissioner Mitchell. If I can get a motion for approval on those. Year. I move that we approve the minutes from our January 21st, 2026 planning commission meeting. This is commission for July 2nd. Item three is declaration of abstensions and conflict. Does anyone have any with tonight's meeting? No.

All right. Item four is a public hearing, but the applicant has asked to pull item four from tonight's meeting. So, you guys are all here for that because that's the only thing on our agenda tonight and they want to change what they're doing with it. We're not sure what it is, but they asked that we pull it for tonight and they will reissue everything. All your notices will come out again. it'll be reissued and we will go from there. So tonight they've asked to pull it. So there is no item four. So item five is adjournment. Chairman, I may just So the meaning of this is is essentially this application as it's written is ending in the city's administrative process. Should this applicant wish to apply again, they're able to. And if they do, another notice for a public hearing would be sent out. A chance to come back in another time and see us.
