N um time clock plus attendance plus solutions intergation. So we're looking where we going to a time clock system that will be automated take a lot of our labor and time out of that as far as accuracy. And the total cost of that is the initial cost is 19,400 and it's approximately $7,000 yearly to keep it going. I'm going to make a motion to approve.

And I'll second. And before we go, I want to comment. I feel like this is going to actually save some labor costs. So in the end, we don't have to it'll be more accurate and save labor costs. So, looks like a good system. Yeah, it's uses GPS a lot, too. So, like our secondary roads that say work at agency, they can just draw a circle around the building there. When they're within that circle, they can use their cell phones and clock in and it will say they're at the location. So, it a lot of it won't involve a physical time clock. So is it 19,400 initially and then 7,000 every year after that?

After that. Yes. Okay. So the second year on would be7,000 a year. Correct. Okay. And part of that is split between this company and solutions. So we currently use solutions for about every everybody uses here. So this integrates with it and uses it. So our we currently log all of our wages, start you know start dates, times all that in solutions. This will integrate it all automated. It does your paid down to like thousandth of a cent [clears throat] so and tracks benefit time.

It'll automatically when your anniversary comes up automatically tell us when your anniversary is up. should automatically do shift adjustments, night night shift differential, longevity, all that stuff. So, wait, if you had to sit here and look at these time cards, which we've done a few times, it's it is really a pain. Yes, it is. And I and the fact that we have two people do 90% of it's really a pain. So, do do employees then can they enroll in their benefits every year through this system or is that a different thing? They'll be able to check all their benefits. Okay.

Yeah, they can they can they'll be able to access and get on and see all their time acred where they're at and all that. So, okay. Any other questions? It's it's a lot I've done the city one. Okay. So we still be able to check just individuals credit cards, but this way it'll speed up the process of integrating getting bills paid. We're looking to go to fully automated bill paying. And this is the step one of doing that so we can start paying online instead of I think it costs us over $2 between two and $3 every time we send a check to somebody. I just would ask on the uh renewables ordinance if there's any um more motion or any more update on that meeting.
