Based on the sworn testimony evidence presented, find that respondent is compliant with the administrative order entered on 03/06/2025. Respondent has put on notice that future violations of Chapter 34, Section 30 four-eighty one of the City Code of Ordinances will cause the respondent to be deemed a repeat violator and subject to a fine of $500 per day for each new violation beginning on the day the violation occurred. Alright. Then based on the sworn testimony evidence presented, find the respondent corrected the violation prior to the hearing and is is compliant with the city code. And that takes us to the final matter, citation number 0841 Peter m Steffi.

Yes, your honor. Again, finally, Daniel Daniel P. Lewis on behalf of city. This one was set for an appeal of a of a parking citation. However, the respondents actually has paid the fine but he we are just wanting an order to the effect that we are refunding the $25 appeal fee.

Okay. And based on the sworn testimony and the evidence presented, I find respondent paid the fine prior to the hearing and has withdrawn his contest to the citation. The $25 appeal filing fee shall be refunded to the respondent. I thought we had another matter that was coming up. That gentleman that I mentioned to had the two houses side by side and just had to get a permit.
