City Council - Special Meeting

All right, good afternoon. I'm going to go ahead and call to order the special meeting of the Vallejo City Council at 5 p.m., and I'll ask our clerk if she's on to call the roll, and if not, I can do it.

I do not believe she is on. She notified me that she thought she would be late.

Okay.

No worried.

Is there any issue with me doing the roll call? Well, I'm Mayor Source, and I'm present. Council Member Bergenzer?

Present.

Vice Mayor Matulik?

Present.

Council Member Gordon? Present. Council Member Palmares?

Present.

All right, and we'll note for the record, Council Members Matias and Ledeju are absent. We'll go ahead now and open up our public comment period for items on our closed session agenda. And while we let that timer run, we'll probably give folks about 30 seconds to a minute to raise their hands online. While that runs, I'll ask our city attorney to announce our closed session item this evening.

Thank you, Madam Mayor, members of the council. The city council will meet this evening in closed session with regard to the following item. Conference with legal counsel existing litigation pursuant to California government code section 54956.9D1. The case is Melissa Leitsky versus the City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court case as listed on the agenda.

All right. Thank you. Do we have anyone? We don't have anyone in person. Do we have anyone online with their hands raised at this time?

Through the Mayor, we do not have anyone that has raised their hands for public comment.
