Item C, Conference with Legal Counsel, existing litigation pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.91, Kroll versus the City of Vallejo, Solano County Superior Court case as listed on the agenda. And finally, conference with legal counsel, anticipated litigation, significant exposure to litigation pursuant to government code section 54956.9 D2, two cases.
