All right, good afternoon, everyone. We're going to go ahead and call to order the special meeting of the Leo City Council at 5.30 p.m., and I'll ask our clerk to conduct the roll call, please.

present I will note for the record council members led to matias and paul mares are currently absent all right thank you we're going to go ahead and open up public comment for anyone wishing to address the council on items on our closed session calendar this evening and while we let the clock roll we don't have anyone in person so while we let the clock roll I will ask our city attorney to announce our items this evening
Good evening, Mayor and Council. Council will meet this evening in closed session on two items. Item 3A is conference with legal counsel, existing litigation pursuant to California Government Code section 54956.9 . The case name is Leitzke v. City of Vallejo. It is Solano County Superior Court case number CU23-02170. item 3b is conference with legal counsel existing litigation pursuant to california government code section 54956.9d1 kroll versus city of vallejo at solano county superior court case number cu2510022 all right thank you do we have any public commenters online
