The City Council approved the 2026-2027 Valdez City Schools Budget and a Memorandum of Agreement with Silver Linings Management LLC for the operation and maintenance of Allison Point Campground. They also adopted an ordinance creating Chapter 2.96 titled Firefighter Collective Bargaining and approved a contract for the Valdez Radio Infrastructure Upgrade Project.
