item two on this is public comment in accordance with the government code 54956 public comment is limited to the business listed on the agenda and just for the audience nobody is present although this will be a new experience for this council in the community as we will be on zoom in our new hybrid settings. MAY WE JUST CONFIRM WITH OUR STAFF THAT WE AREN'T HAVING TECHNICAL DISRUPTION ISSUES ON THE CITY SIDE OF THINGS AND I WILL RUN AND CONFIRM THAT QUICKLY FOR THE COUNCIL.

Mayor, our staff has confirmed that that was the caller's Zoom connection, not the city's. We have not experienced any disruption of our technical services. So we have legally complied with SB 707. All right.
