yes. Okay. The city of Urbana is doing our final budget adoption and certification um April 20th, 2026 at 6:30. The city has not received any comments regarding the budget via email or by phone in city hall. No public comments. And there is no one signed in for the public hearing.

Okay. Um, this budget amendment number three is for the $68,000 for the amendment to the FY26 budget which was approved in April of 2025. And the city has started to acrue um for capital projects. We also had to pay the second half of the access road to the water storage tank and pump house. Then um we did have the $18,000 rounded up which was for the central state settlement agreement for health insurance and um then approximately $20,000 in the safe routes sidewalk and library paving for engineering costs that are approving before July 1. And so obviously for those the city will pay itself back for the um bond expenditures after July 1 when those close for this particular safe routes sidewalk project and engineering paving costs. Um, city hall also did not receive any public comment via email or by phone. And no one has signed in for the public hearing.
