City Council - Regular Meeting

The Topeka City Council approved the disposal of three city-owned properties, including one for a pocket park, and adopted the 2027-2036 Capital Improvement Plan with the inclusion of the 29th Street Kansas Turnpike Authority interchange project. The council also heard presentations on the Downtown Business Improvement District annual report and the Land Bank budget and ordinance amendments.
