Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of the fire alarm system and related components at the Water Reclamation Facility; authorizing the expenditure of an amount not to exceed $50,000 annually from the Sewer Operating Fund; waiving the competitive bidding provisions of TMC Chapter 187; and declaring an emergency.
