This is landlock lot 182 district 6. The future use of this property is residential. This drawing will be contingent upon legal action concerning name changes on the deeds for both parcels. Any comments from staff? I do have the record where he has it. He has had it changed legally. It is not changed in Q public yet though. So the county hasn't recorded it. Have trailer, couple pieces of equipment, you know, deer camp, stuff like that. I want to build a pole barn and have a little office in the pole barn to kind of clean up the property and and get rid of the the other buildings and and all that. I bought the lot next to me and then the lot that the pump stations on and then another three acres at the end of the stam court, you know, so just trying to clean it up. Okay.
Um any public use for your office or is this just working? No, working mom. Okay. by myself. Okay. And is there any type of easement or anything for the city to have access to the pump station? Any comments from staff? Randall, have they taken care of everything that um engineering has requested? Yes, he has took care of everything required by us as well. There is an engineering letter um saying that everything has been adequately addressed. Anything else from staff? My name is Musini. I live at 2860 Legion Lake Road. Um, the development consists of 140 town homes. uh 50 of them already approved back in November. Thank you very much and the city council for approving phase one and we are here for phase two. Phase two consist of 90 lots everything ready the only thing we are waiting for your blessing and of course for the blessing of the city council to approve the final blood for the second phase. Um, but I would like really to to thank the city council and to thank thank you and especially also to Randall for his help and assistance uh to guide us throughout the process and to make sure we're doing it right. In addition also to Dadra to make sure that all the paperworks or the
application done correctly and for Lisa and her leadership and for of course for you for helping us and a special thank to my friend over there to make sure we want to drive and also to the mayor. Um we already start building over there and we already I really we appreciate your teamwork and partnership here to help us to add another 140 resident to enjoy temple with you. Uh this will go before the city council at their June 2nd, 2025 meeting should be here. Okay. Any other business to come before the planning commission tonight? Agenda for next month and we're moving this one to next month. Right. Um where are we on the building fees? Remember I asked about those? Yes. Okay. I looked into all of those. We recently in the past three years we recently have updated all of those. Um and actually there's only one that's like lower than all the other cities and it's not even significantly lower. So we have adjusted those fees to make that correction and I will email all you guys the moratorum. Okay. And if
I may, I did speak with engineering also on those fees and um they don't recommend making any higher changes. We are on the higher side. Okay. It's for resident The moratorium itself is for residential developments only, right? So, individual homes can still be built, that sort of thing. Mhm. Okay.
