The City Council approved a lease agreement for Skydive Suffolk Training Center at the Suffolk Executive Airport and authorized a lease for farming purposes on Kings Highway. They also approved amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance regarding accessory dwelling units and stormwater and solid waste fees, with some discussion and amendments to the latter two.
