Purpose and intent of special administrative permit public hearings initiated by the state of Georgia. As of July 1st, 2023, a public hearing is required for special administrative permit for type one home occupation. Type one home occupation means home occupation where no customer contact occurs. We are conducting SAP meetings every third Tuesday of each month. Meeting decorum. Please be respectful to applicants, citizen and staff. The only thing that will be on premises is the file because I have to go directly to the to the home of the elderly and do the interview and do everything and get the files and everything. Everything just will be stored in my home. But the staff on boarding everything will be done online. They will receive everything online including the employing handbook, the accusation and all of that is online through a software. Non-medical going to elderly patients home helping them with shopping companionship ADL uh doctor's appointment and medical medication reminder. Um, do you have any projected number of clients that you might be like seeking to own?
Uh, at this point up to 25. Up to 25. How many um employees do you speculate would be required to help um manage the 25 um clients that you would
um up 12 to 14 because it's 4 hour minimum of care that I will be able to provide because it's uh it's not it's not medical it's non-medical so basically if they need breakfast, a lunch preparer, or some of them might need someone in the evening to help them with their baffing or someone to go and help them with shopping. Those things of it or go to the doctor's appointment with them. Are these elderly people or they are a mixture of age groups? Um, yes. And they just need some assistance with assistant. Yes.

Miss Wilson. Um there will be no increased traffic. Just the regular UPS and Amazon who are already delivering um will be the people who are picking it up. And then for like customer traffic, nobody will be visiting um the house. I will be shipping off everything. Um I will be on Teimu and Sheen. And then I'll also be on Walmart as well. So, all of those products will be picked up and I only intend on being in the house for a little while because I just signed a contract with the box which is going to end up making me have to find an actual location, but this will just be for a little while. So, there's no additional traffic or people that will be coming into the neighborhood.

So, if I make a purchase from you, how how does that purchase get from your place of where you've produced it to getting it to me?
Either I drop it off at the postal post service or Amazon or um UPS picks it up. It just depends on But I'm not scheduling anything unless I have a product or I can just drop it off. Okay. Because if if I could just kind of if you're on those platforms and you get a get a um good good service and I'm I'm hoping that you do
I I I want you to be successful. But the that with that wide openen platform then you can be getting multiple orders that you have to fill and if that's the case are you going to how often are those pickups are going to be within the community?
Well, Amazon Amazon and UPS comes through the community every single day. there's a truck, even FedEx comes through the the community every single day. So, even if I have a pickup every single day, which preferably I will, um it won't affect any traffic, it won't affect it won't affect anything because they come through every single day already. So, it would just be a part of their their natural um trail that they will be going on. It's no, it's nothing additional that they would have to do. And I also drop them off as well. So, whatever additional traffic, it doesn't have to be cuz myself or my daughter will drop off whatever packages that we have. Thank you.

Well, there's no way for me to um schedule for them to come more than once a day. So, um I would just schedule them to come the normal time that they typically come and not have anything additional. And then on top of that, um, if they're them coming once a day is an issue, I can also drive my own packages to the the, uh, post office. So, it's not an issue with traffic. So, I mean, even if there's a need not to have UPS or FedEx or whomever come every single day, I also have a vehicle where I can take my products there where traffic is not an issue. All righty.
