Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission held a public hearing to discuss a proposed mixed-use building at 12th and Yampa, which had been remanded back to them by the City Council for further review of variances related to mass and scale. The commission also addressed a lot line adjustment and an appeal of the abandonment of a legal non-conforming short-term rental use.
