The Planning Commission recommended approval of two applications for the Hilltop Resort Hotel, allowing its continued operation as a hotel and including a commitment to workforce housing. The Commission also recommended denial of the Eddie Line Town Homes application due to concerns about building placement and orientation, and access to the core trail. Additionally, the Commission recommended approval of a landscape code amendment aimed at water conservation and wildfire resiliency.
