rezoned me industrial. It can never be rezoned. I get that. My issue with this is your economic plan is public, right? So a truck stop wants to come into St. Paul, right? So they start looking at your economic development plan and they say, oh, look at that purple spot. And then I have 50 people knocking on my door daily.

You want to sell your property? Yeah.

No, it's already in the trust. It will always be in my family, right? So, you know, that was my big decision. Those are all yours? Those two, both yellow? My property backs up to him.

I had a guy who wanted to help me. He can drive the tractor and stuff during the day. His name's Jake Coons. What was he got to do to get through to you? He's a part-time employee.

We already have a salary ordinance. Does it stipulate? Does the salary ordinance, you started getting paid this year, right?

They're hourly, so they don't have any stipulations. It's just part-time. We don't normally do full-time.

Now, wait a minute. Before we adjourn, too, did you guys already discuss whether or not we're signing off on this tonight or waiting until the next meeting?

We know what's going to be changed, and if it's going to be changed, let's just do it tonight. Or it's not going to adopt until next month on a Wednesday. Our meeting's on Tuesday before. We can adopt it then, and that way there's no... Are you okay with all that? No, it's not too much work.

So we'll adopt it on a Tuesday, and then maybe we can make sure one of us is at the meeting Wednesday just to let them know that we did make changes and we did adopt it... with their blessing or how we want to work that.

What I'll do is I'll make the changes to you updated copy. And I'll also send you a separate kind of word document that highlights the exact changes that were made. So you will have that for your record and that I'll share that with the APC too. So they have that record. Um, You all are more than welcome to wait till the fourth to do that. I just won't be present the fourth or the fifth. So if one of you all could be at the meeting on the fifth, that would probably be good.
