Planning Commission - Regular Meeting

The Planning Commission approved several rezoning requests and waivers, including an expansion for Miller Flooring and a home-based essential oils business. However, a variance for Get Graphic Expansion's building materials and screening was denied, as were several variances for Dean's Trail Commercial related to pedestrian flow, outdoor storage, and lighting.
