The Planning Commission approved several rezoning requests and variances, including a rezone for Tyson Poultry, Inc. and a conditional use for a food truck, Sabor del Campo, LLC, which was tabled for further review. The commission also approved a final plat for Creekfront 49 and a large-scale development for ServPro. Several other variances and waivers were discussed and voted upon, with most receiving approval.
