The City Council approved the Santa Monica Renter Aid program to provide financial assistance and case management to qualifying households, and adopted the fiscal year 2026-27 operating budget and the 2026-28 Capital Improvement Program budget. The Council also approved an MOU with the Coastal Commission to streamline the local coastal program certification process.
