1:14Speaker 2

I would love to take this opportunity to ask a quick question.

1:17 – 1:28Speaker 2

Welcome. We are so, so glad that you're here. Thank you. My question is just how do we currently stand in terms of first day preparedness for staffing? Thank you.

1:28 – 2:17Speaker 3

For staffing, we're excited that we're approaching our guardrail. So the guardrail of 95% classroom vacancy is staffed. We are rapidly approaching. Principals are doing an amazing job of hiring individuals right now, and we're indexing on most of our candidates that are coming in are credentialed. which is very exciting so uh over the past few years the board has adopted fewer and fewer of these emergency uh pips or stsps so very excited that we'll continue forward with that this year um but we're very close to the 95 card rail um which is exciting which is really good news thank you discussion is now closed on the item to on the motion to approve this item uh approval local assignment options roll call vote please
