Um and again, welcome everyone to the city of Romley City Council special meeting public hearing. And the purpose of this public hearing is to hear comments and objections to the proposed alley vacation. um in the Osberg airport estates subdivision. Madame Chair and council, at our last special meeting, roll call was taken and we have a quorum and there still remains a quorum for this public hearing. Thank you. Tonight's public hearing agenda is as follows. Number one, roll call. Number two, agenda. Three, public hearing discussion. The Alley vacation Osburg airport estate subdivision. Number four, public comment. Number five is adjournment. And a motion will be in order to accept the public hearing agenda as presented.

Good evening, council, to our clerk, our mayor, city attorney. Just a quick overview. Uh we provided a report regarding this alley vacation. Um it was filed on January 16th by uh the petitioner who is present here in the council chambers, Wasim Almari. Um it is to vacate the north south alley which is located south of E course east of Lraine and south of the vacated portion of Warman Avenue. Um the petitioner received 67% of the prop uh signatures of the property owners with lineal front uh front footage above in the alley. There were no objections from our DPW department or our fire department regarding approval of this petition. Obviously according to the city charter approval of any vacations is at the discretion of council. um action will be under the first report of the regular meeting. Uh they're next to each other, but it was landlocked by the vacation of her dead. Exactly. These two. and uh the the the one in in Cordell was uh landlocked when they vacated Cordell.
