I will be presenting a time extension request submitted by Henley Pacific RELLC to extend the approved designer view and conditional use permit entitlements for the Valvoline, formerly known as Lion, oil change project. The project site is located on the southerly side of Stanford Ranch Road, approximately 500 feet southwest of the intersection of Stanford Ranch Road and Sunset Boulevard. The site plan for the project is shown on this slide. The project site was entitled on April 20th, 2021, when the Planning Commission approved designer view
