PRESENTATIONS

Public Comments shall begin at 7:30 P.M. unless there is no further business of the CRA Commissioners, which in the event is shall begin sooner. In addition, of an item is being considered at 7:30 P.M., then comments from the public shall begin immediately after the item has concluded.
Resolution No. 2026 - 11 authorizing the execution of agreement with E&F Florida Enterprises, Inc. DBA Creative Contracting Gorup for repairs and improvements to Kiosks 1-4 located in the Bicentennial Park area at 190 East 13th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida in an amount not to exceed $131,400.00
Staff request the Board to approve Resolution No. 2026-11, to execute an agreement with E&F Florida Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Creative Contracting Group, for the Bicentennial Park Kiosk Repairs and Improvements Project, ITB No. 26-017, in an amount not to exceed $131,400.00.
Resolution No. 2026 - 12 Authorizing the approval of a Triparty Agreement between the City of Riviera Beach (City), the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) and Marina Annex Housing, LLC. (Developer) for CRA funding of impact fees and utility connection fees associated with the Marina Annex Workforce Housing Project at 251 W. 11th Street in the amount not to exceed $2.8 million; authorizing the execution of the agreement and providing an effective date in accordance with applicable resolution and fee schedule.
Staff requests the approval of the Triparty Agreement for the CRA funding of the Marina Annex impact fees and connection fees among the City of Riviera Beach (City), the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), and the Marina Annex Housing, LLC (Developer) authorizing the CRA to fund the project in an amount not to exceed $2.8 million related to utility and connection fees.
